Can I actually try the diffuser before deciding?
Yes. Euvella comes with a 30-day at-home trial. Use the diffuser in your own space and, if you do not like what you received, contact us within the trial period. We will arrange a fuss-free collection and provide a full refund.
How long does one bottle last?
Euvella’s 250ml bottles are designed to last about 3–4 months, depending on the number of reeds used and where the diffuser is placed.
How strong are the scents?
Strength varies by scent. Welcoming and Concentration are the strongest at 5/5, Calming is 4/5, and Relaxation is a softer 2/5.
What if I do not know which scent to choose?
Use the scent finder to choose by mood and preferred strength.
What is inside the formula?
Euvella diffusers are 100% alcohol free and made without parabens or phthalates.
Are Euvella's reed diffusers pet-friendly?
Definitely! Our Reed Diffusers are 100% pet-friendly. Euvella prides itself on using only the finest essential oils and natural fragrances.
However, do ensure that there is no direct consumption of the oil by your pets as it may be harmful!

Eligibility for Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your reed diffuser, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.
How can I modify my order?
If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email hello@euvella.my within 12 hours after placing your order.
How do I check my order status?
Simply email us at hello@euvella.my with your order number and we will get in touch with you within 12 hours or check the tracking number that will be sent to you once we ship out your order!
Where does Euvella ship from?
We ship from Malaysia, Selangor! :)
